Bafana Bafana icon Steven Pienaar recently linked up with his former Everton boss and current West Ham United manager David Moyes for some expert insight into coaching as the former playmaker looks to progress his fledging coaching career. Here's a look.
The story
This past weekend, Pienaar revealed that he paid his old boss he had spent sometime on the training grounds of the Hammers. The 40-year-old former attacker was delighted to see Moyes, who incredibly signed several times in his career, including at multiple times at Everton and at Sunderland.

It sure meant a lot!
Reacting to the experience on Instagram, Pienaar said: "[It is] Always good to get advice from the Gaffer, he gave me the opportunity to play in the best league and giving me advice in my next step into coaching. Thanks for allowing me to follow the team in training and for the hospitality from you and your coaching stuff. Good luck for the rest of the season boss.
Meanwhile, Centre Circle, the talent agency Schillo is signed under gave a clearer indication of what the visit entailed.
