AmaZulu striker Lehlohonolo Major has scored a major deal as he has now become the newest ambassador of a big health and nutrition brand in South Africa. Here's a look.
The story
Aged 36, Major has proven that he is still marketable following his new deal with The Harvest Table, a vitamins and supplements company from KwaZulu-Natal.
In a statement, the owner and founder of the nutrition brand said: "Athletes are starting to recognize that collagen is an excellent, natural, nutritional supplement that helps improve their recovery time."

The delighted centre-forward, meanwhile, said: "As cliché as it might sound, you are what you eat. Good nutrition aids in my performance as an athlete.
"I'm always training and I'm prone to injuries, The Harvest Table has collagen powders and sport shakes which, among other benefits, aid in muscle recovery. Muscle recovery is imperative in what I do."
How's Major doing?
The former Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs striker has not been deadly in front of goal this season, as he only has one goal and one assist in 11 outings across all competitions so far.
However, he will be keen on grabbing some silverware this season after reaching the MTN8 final with Usuthu this past weekend following an aggregate win over Amakhosi.
The MTN8 is a trophy that has eluded the marksman, having left the 2017/18 winners of the competition Cape Town City in the January transfer window of that campaign - seeing him miss out due to his move to Bidvest Wits that year.

Other prominent people affiliated with the brand or have endorsed it include Proteas cricketer David Miller, Sharks rugby player Henco Venter and Gebrandt Globler, television personality Nico Pangio, and Afrikaans singer Bobby Van Jaarsveld.
