Pirates square off with Tunisian club Etoile du Sahel in the first leg at home on Saturday night before travelling for the second leg in Sousse next week.
“The mood has been phenomenal. Normally some guys don’t give their all when the entire squad is not here at training because of internationals but that has not been the case this week,” discloses Majoro as the hours tick towards kick off.
The 29 year-old striker says a cup final like this is an all-or-nothing occasion; “and you must know that there is no second chance”.
“It is either you give your all or you regret it. Knowing that in this one there is a first and second leg and we are playing at home first, we have to make sure that we win in front of our crowd so that when we go there things don’t become that difficult. I believe that everyone must focus and dedicate himself to delivering come Saturday.
“We as players we will do our utmost best to make our fans happy. The fans will leave the stadium happy,” says Majoro who himself grew up as a Pirates fan.
“I am confident that the stadium will be full and I have full confidence in our supporters who have been supporting us through thick and thin. I believe that if you are a hardcore Orlando Pirates supporter then this is one game that you wouldn’t want to miss and wouldn’t want to watch on television, you want to be there to experience everything that will go on.”
