After a 1-1 draw in the first leg at Orlando Stadium last Saturday, Bucs need to win in Sousse on Sunday to come home with the cup.
Pirates can also win if the game in Tunisia ends 2-2, but 0-0 would see the trophy claimed by Etoile on the away-goals rule.
The squad is set to jet out of the country tomorrow and Tinkler believes they are well equipped to get the job done away from home once again.
“We have to go there and get an away-goal and that will put us back in the tie,” Tinkler says.
“I have stated this in the press before, that we are a good team away from home. In every trip we have made we managed to score so we’re gonna go there and look for the goal.
“And can we do it? Yes we can, because we have the quality to do that,” he adds.
Pirates beat CS Sfaxien 1-0 the last time they visited Tunisia during the group stages and have scored 13 goals in seven away matches, scoring on every trip.
Tinkler is hoping his charges will rise again to the occasion and come back home with a positive result.
“They have an away-goal advantage but we need to remember we didn’t lose the game. If we can go there and we score, we take the advantage back to us, which is important,” Tinkler says.
”We have the belief, we have the faith, we know that we can score away from home. We have been in Tunisia, we played against CS Sfaxien, they are a good team as well, and we came back with a positive result.
“Can we do it again? Yes we can,” he insists.
