Burkina Faso international playmaker Sogne Yacouba has signed a two-year contract with Tanzanian giants Young Africans SC.
Yacouba, 28, was a reported target for Orlando Pirates after leaving Ghanian Premier League outfit Asante Kotoko, where his displays over the past two seasons attracted the attention of widespread interest in Africa.

He admitted to snl24.com/kickoff that the coronavirus pandemic halted his next move but Yanga have now acted swiftly to secure the highly-rated playmaker ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Yacouba is expected to replace Ghanian Bernard Morisson, who controversially signed with fierce rivals Simba SC last week, despite the club insisting he's contract expires in 2022.

Yanga will be aiming to further strengthen their squad ahead of their return to the CAF Champions League next season, with new CEO Senzo Mbatha ushering the side into a new era.
