Kekana: We're working on our luck

The Telkom Knockout trophy has deserted Sundowns for more then three years, having last won the title back in 2015 against Kaizer Chiefs in Durban.

The Tshwane-based side will host AmaZulu at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in the round of 16 on Sunday afternoon.

"It's always interesting when you take in this tournament. We wanna try to win it," said Kekana.

"Sometimes we need luck. In the previous seasons we didn't have luck. So this time around we gonna try to work on our luck and make sure we win this tournament."

Sundowns are set to enjoy home ground advantage in their next three matches including league games against Highlands Park and Kaizer Chiefs. However before they could start to think about the league ,they have to overcome Amazulu in the TKO on Tshwane on Sunday.

"It's a good draw. It's gonna be difficult match for us playing at home. We gonna try to win the game and obviously go to the next stage of the competition," he added.
