Ismaily call for EFA to take action against 'childish' Pitso Mosimane

Ahly claimed bragging rights over Ismaily on Wednesday evening after recording a 2-0 Egyptian Premier League victory away to their domestic rivals, courtesy of goals from Badr Benoun and Salah Mohsen.

"There is a state of anger after the defeat to Al Ahly," Ismaily's spokesman Alaa Wahid said after the match, per KingFut. "The fans are calling for the club's board to withdraw from the Egyptian Premier League because of the refereeing injustice.

Ismaily also took exception to the conduct of Ahly boss Mosimane, who was accused of mocking the club's goalkeeper Mohamed Magdy on the sidelines.

"We ask the disciplinary committee to take action against the childish behaviour of Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane," Wahid added.

"Mosimane mocked the way Magdy was walking in front of everyone's eyes before the start of the second half. If this childish behaviour came from the Ismaily head coach towards Al Ahly keeper Mohamed El-Shennawy, they would have slit his throat."
