Belgian Jean Franciso Loscuito has revealed the full extent of the behind-the-scenes chaos during his short spell at Marumo Gallants as an assistant coach.
Loscuito was appointed as assistant to Sebastien Migne at Gallants in mid-July but lasted just two months in his position after several reported incidents of blunders by the club hierarchy.

"It was one hell of a difficult place to work because the conditions were just not right in producing results for a professional club," Loscuito tells snl24.com/kickoff from Belgium.

"The chairman [Abram Sello] doesn't respect the promise that he has with his employees, and he didn't respect the terms of professionalism.
"The club is not run professional and Black Leopards where I have worked before is run far much better than Marumo. A lot of players have not been receiving their salaries and still haven't received their signing-on fees.
"We started out with a huge squad at the club where players were just being brought in without our knowledge which made planning extremely difficult considering that we didn't even have an analyst in our technical team as well.
"The chairman never responds to calls and messages and hasn't delivered on the promise to bring an analyst and strikers. When you ask about your money the chairman suspends you so that is why the players are in fear.
"To be honest the problem is in the way the club is run and it is difficult motivating players because there is always a problem of some sort to attend to every day.
"I'm owed money as we speak because I paid for the squad's Covid-19 tests from my own pocket after the chairman said he has no money as we entered Cameroon after the game in Equatorial Guinea and I still haven't been reimbursed my money.
"I also worked for over half the month of September, but I haven't been paid the pro-rata equivalent. There are way too many problems at that club most of which can be easily avoided," added Loscuito.
Marumo's troubles have transferred to the pitch where the club are rooted to the foot of the DStv Premiership standings, yet to manage a win in their opening five matches.
