The Spaniard shares his observations and plans.
"I have experienced a lot of things here some of which I cannot talk about because I will be fined," says Franco Martin.
"Some of the results of our games were decided by things that were not related to just football.
"From there, I have gotten to learn more about the opposition and the mentality of everyone here.
"I think I already have a clear picture of what this competition is all about.
"In doing that, we are trying to improve the team as much as we can because this is the objective and process.

"We have signed some good players like (Taariq) Fielies and Ben (Motshwari) but they came in when we had already played seven games.
"We are still waiting for some players in the last third of the pitch because that is our weakness since we are creating chances but not converting.
"We have had some injuries to players in our last third so let us see what happens in January.
"From where we are coming from with the position that we finished in last season, I think right now we are focusing on being more competitive."The next step will be entering the top eight and from there we see what comes next, but plan is to keep improving and get the results that we deserve.
"The ambition of the club is to fight for a higher position in the standings because we are a big team that needs to bring the glory days back.
"It is a process that will take time and we are patient.
"In the second part of this season and next season we are definitely going to be better team that is also difficult to play against.
"So far, I'm getting all the support that I need.
"I cannot be unhappy with the owners and the board members because we are behaving like a family.
"I'm happy with the atmosphere that we have in the team and from there we need to improve," explains Franco Martin.
