Transfer Deadline Day: Confirmed transfers

The transfer deadline day in Europe’s top five leagues is heating up with some exciting deals on the verge of completion. Here is a look at some signings that have already been completed.

The transfer window in Europe’s major leagues officially closes at midnight on Monday.

As a result, many clubs are scrambling to finalise both incomings and outgoings.

Another major transfer anticipated today is Gianluigi Donnarumma’s switch from Paris Saint-Germain to Manchester City.

The Italian goalkeeper has a medical scheduled, having been told weeks ago that he no longer features in the plans of PSG boss Luis Enrique.

Donnarumma was the only high-profile keeper expected to move on deadline day, after Manchester United's move for Villa shot-stopper did not materialize.

Instead, the Red Devils signed Belgian goalkeeper Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp.
