Pep: Man City are not back...

Coach Pep Guardiola says Manchester City 'are not back' despite thrashing West Ham United 4-1 on Saturday evening.

The Cityzens claimed back-to-back league wins for the first time since October after an impressive win at the Etihad Stadium.

Erling Haaland netted twice while Phil Foden also got his name on the score-sheet, although Savinho caught the eye with his display.

"No, you judge the results," he told reporters when asked if City were back, as per ESPN.

"We saw in many years our level. We are not at our level.

"Don't misunderstand me. I'm so happy. I will sleep better until the FA Cup. But you watched the games for years, we're not at the level, come on. Against Everton we played much better than today. And we draw, big crisis, disaster.

"Of course there are positives. If you ask me the team is playing like the years, of course not."

Guardiola's charges will face Salford City in the third round of the FA Cup next weekend.
