FIFA has confirmed that only one PSL club now remains banned following developments from the past two weeks.
TS Galaxy have now been officially taken off the list of clubs banned by FIFA from registering new players after paying Ivorian striker Bernard Yao Kouassi his dues of USD93 000 (approx. R1,65 million) plus 5% interest per annum effective March 1, 2023.

The Rockets can now proceed to register all the 11 new players that they have signed, who include latest arrival Owethu Khumalo.
Sead Ramovic was unable to use all the new signings in the MTN8 defeat to Stellenbosch FC two weeks ago.
Both Kouassi and his lawyer Deep Ray confirmed to this website a week ago that this matter is done, and FIFA has since lifted the ban after receiving due communication.
TS Galaxy join Richards Bay FC and JDR Stars in the list of clubs that have their bans lifted after paying up for the respective cases that FIFA ruled against them.
This leaves Royal AM as the only PSL club still sanctioned in cases relating to Samir Nurkovic and Ricardo Nascimento.
Nurkovic's matter – which involves millions of rands with an annual 5% interest charged – has dragged to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), where a second deadline of September 13 has been placed for the issuing of the decision.
The Serbian is represented by Davor Lazic in this matter, while Royal AM have Leruma Thobejane as their legal head.
Nascimento's case remains unresolved despite Royal AM claiming for weeks that they have settled the issue with the Brazilian.
This case is now complicated by the fact that the agent (Marcelo Robalinho) who negotiated Nascimento's deal at Royal AM is also claiming his dues.

Both Nascimento and Robalinho now want to settle concurrently, with Robalinho claiming 6% commission of the total contract.
Nascimento's monthly earnings were pegged at R300 000.
