Newly-appointed Fenerbahce manager Jose Mourinho will reportedly be allowed to leave his latest position if a certain team comes knocking.
The "Special One" is understood to have signed a two-year contract with the Turkish giants, one that includes an option to extend his stay by another year, but it has now been claimed that a bizarre clause in his deal could see him depart the side before his contract runs out.

According to NTV Sport, vie GiveMeSport, the former Chelsea boss would be allowed to leave Fener if the Portuguese national team were to offer him a post.
Speaking previously to Cabine Desportiva, the 61-year-old claimed that Portuguese Football Federation president Fernando Gomes offered him the chance to take charge of the national side in the past.
The offer is believed to have come after the departure of then-manager Fernandes Santos following a 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign that saw Morocco knock the 2016 UEFA European Championship winners out at the quarter-final stage of the tournament.
Mourinho stated that he was regarded as the "only choice" but "decided not to go" in favour of staying with AS Roma, the club he parted ways with in January this year.
Instead, A Selecao ended up appointing former Everton and Belgium manager Roberto Martinez, who will lead the side at EURO 2024.
Mourinho has won trophies all across Europe at club level, but is yet to take on the challenge of managing a national team.
However, the reported clause in his contract would suggest that when that opportunity does come around again, the two-time UEFA Champions League winner would be keen on snapping it up.

For now, though, his focus will primarily be on his new Super Lig employers, with whom he is said to be earning a whopping annual salary of £8.5 million (around R205 million).
