Moroka Swallows head coach Steve Komphela is currently contemplating his future, as he has been sidelined at the club and could a return to Mamelodi Sundowns be on the cards?
In the midst of the Swallows salaries saga, where they have been at loggerheads with the players, there has not been much said about Komphela and his technical team, until the squad returned to training at the end of January (despite a large number of dismissed players), where the former Kaizer Chiefs coach was not present.

It turned out the former Bafana Bafana coach also has unresolved issues with Birds' management and has not returned to training.
The coach denied the reports that he was on loan from Sundowns when he negotiated his release from the Brazilians to take over head coaching duties at the Birds.
"Maybe the manner in which matters were settled left things because it was so cordial, so professional and it never left anybody with maybe bad language or negativity and all that," Komphela told SABC Sport on the matter.
"So, now it came across as if, 'No he's just on loan' but it's purely because of the level of maturity on how Mamelodi Sundowns handled my issue and how I received the manner in which they handled it."
Masandawana have not replaced Komphela since he left for Swallows, as Michael Loftman took over the role of the assistant coach, making a return to the DStv champions a possibility.
