Defender Siyabonga Ngezana delivered a Man of the Match performance as Romanian giants Fotbal Club FCSB defeated FCV Farul to go top of the SuperLiga standings.
A second-half Darius Olaru spot kick was enough to seal the win for the 26-time Romanian league champions against Farul, stretching FCSB's winning run to three matches.

On the day, former Kaizer Chiefs defender Ngezana got his third start of the season and put in a solid shift that included five blocked shots, six clearances and two interceptions in the heart of the Romanian giants' defence.
The 26-year-old's rise in form comes as a relief having been made to wait until match day six for an official debut.
After coming on as a substitute against UTA Arad, Ngezana has looked assured of the team's defence and further cemented his place in the team when he got his first start against CS Universitatea Craiova, drawing praise from the club president Gigi Becali
"Have you seen how Ngezana plays? Let's see what kind of footballer he will be. He has strength, speed, technique, everything you want," Becali was quoted by Digisport.
