Manchester City thrashed defending champions Real Madrid 4-0 to secure their spot in the UEFA Champions League final on Wednesday night.
Madrid welcomed back Eder Militao from suspension, whereas City went with the same side that started the first-leg encounter last week.
The Citizens started like a house on fire and nearly took the lead from the head of Erling Haaland following Jack Grealish's cross, but Thibaut Courtois produced a superb one-hand save.
Pep Guardiola's men did though go in front midway through the first half when Kevin De Bruyne played Bernardo Silva in space and the Portuguese international made no mistake with a one-touch finish.
Los Blancos came alive around the 35th minute and could've pulled level from a thumping drive outside the area by Toni Kroos following a corner, but Ederson Moraes tipped on the woodwork.
City maintained complete control two minutes later as Silva pounced on a loose ball from a scrambled clearance off Militao amongst other elements and headed into the bottom corner.
The defending champions got a chance to cut the advantage five minutes from the break off a free-kick from 30-yards out by David Alaba, but Ederson tipped away for a corner-kick.
Los Blancos unleashed a substitution inside the closing period and saw Antonio Rudiger who starred in the first-leg come on ahead of Luka Modric.
The host regained momentum 15 minutes from time when Ilkay Gundogan combined with Haaland outside the area and saw the forward go clear, but Courtois parried onto the woodwork.
City added a third goal moments later after a free-kick saw Militao guide a pin-point header from Manuel Akanji into his own net.
Los Blancos were cut apart again as the host nabbed a fourth goal in added time when substitute Julian Alvarez slipped in behind the defence and tucked into the bottom-corner to seal their spot in the final.
