New Chelsea caretaker manager Frank Lampard has addressed the future of Mason Mount, whose contract situation remains a big issue for the club.
Lampard was appointed as Chelsea coach for the remainder of the season after Graham Potter was relieved of his duties last weekend.
Mount's future has been a big topic of discussion around Stamford Bridge, which also saw him fall down the pecking order when Potter was in charge of the club.

Mount was key player during Lampard's first stint with the Blues and the coach reveals he will have a talk with the midfielder.
"Mason has always been a fantastic player for me at Derby and Chelsea," Lampard said at his first press conference, as per Sky Sports.
"I know he's had a few slight injury problems. I need to speak to him and find out where he's at, but I know what I get from Mason. He's a huge player for Chelsea.
"Modern-day football has big squads and I understand Chelsea might be at the top end. I remember being here before and having that.
"Maybe in the short term, that's a positive thing for me because everyone can have a clean slate."
Lampard's first game will see the Blues take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux Stadium this weekend.
