A Manchester United legend has blasted Paul Pogba following his display against Atalanta on Tuesday night, going as far as accusing the French star of doing "stupid stuff" in the tie.
With Pogba having now gone nine games across all competitions without registering a single goal or assist, his apparent drop in form has seemingly irked former Red Devils midfielder Paul Scholes.

The Les Bleus star was substituted off in the second half of United's UEFA Champions League match against Atalanta on Tuesday, when his club were already 2-1 down.
In the Red Devils' previous two games, Pogba was not included in the matchday squad against Tottenham Hotspur due to suspension from the previous match against Liverpool, in which he played just 15 minutes as a substitute before being red-carded for a dangerous tackle on Naby Keita.
Scholes has now made it clear he has become frustrated with the midfielder, and did not mince his words when evaluating Pogba's performance in the UCL on Tuesday night.
Ronaldo: We were lucky I scored
"Pogba needs somebody on him all the time. Somebody there that he totally respects, he needs experienced people behind him," the United legend said during BT Sport's coverage of the match between the Manchester club and the Serie A side.
"How old he? 28? He's a really experienced player. But he's one of them that will get to 35 and be exactly the same.
"He'll still be doing the stupid stuff where he's stud-rolling the ball, holding people off showing how strong and skilful he is.
"The biggest thing with Paul is his concentration. He goes away with the fairies at times.
"You think of the Juventus team he played in, where he was brilliant and was why we signed him.
"The experience around him [at Juventus] – [Andrea] Pirlo, [Giorgio] Chiellini, [Leonardo] Bonucci, [Gianluigi] Buffon, an aggressive manager. He will need that treatment until he's 35."
