This pushed him further ahead in being the most successful footballer in the history of the domestic league having won three of those league titles while at SuperSport United.

The Ugandan has been a league champion in 12 of the 19 seasons that he has spent playing in South Africa.

His silverware collection also has the CAF Champions League, CAF Super Cup, African Football League, Nedbank Cup (three), Telkom Knockout (two), and MTN8.

While he is no longer first choice at Sundowns with that place reserved for Ronwen Williams, he is still a solid back-up and played 13 games this past season.

With that, he is in the travelling squad to the FIFA Club World Cup.

This website can confirm that the club and player agreement has been reached to add another year on his contract.
