Manchester United midfielder Fred has revealed manager Erik ten Hag's three golden rules that players must follow.
Ten Hag has done well to improve the Red Devils during his first season in charge of the club, who are already in a League Cup final while they currently sit in the top four.

Former players and pundits have praised Ten Hag's authority at the club, especially after the situation with club legend Cristiano Ronaldo who left the club in November.
'He has put rules [up] inside the dressing room," Fred told the Times.
"Don't be late, don't do wrong things, always do what you can to help your partner – and that's important."
Marcus Rashford has already been the recipient of a punishment from Ten Hag after he was late to a team meeting, with the club's top scorer dropped to the bench against Wolverhampton Wanderers earlier this season.
Former United star Paul Ince has also praised Ten Hag for the impact he has made at Old Trafford.
"Ten Hag in a short period of time has lifted the club. The last two or three years have been tough for United fans," Ince said, as per talkSPORT.
"Ten Hag has started to bridge that gap. They are starting to get a presence about them. That is important, if you go back to the Fergie years there was a presence."
