A Manchester United star is now reportedly undergoing a medical ahead of his Old Trafford exit.
As the January transfer window draws closer, midfielder Donny van de Beek is taking the required steps to join Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt on loan, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The Dutch star joined the Red Devils from Ajax Amsterdam in September 2020, but the move has not panned out as he perhaps envisioned it would.
The 26-year-old is yet to make an appearance for United this season, and made only 10 appearances in the 2022/23 campaign.
Following a short-term loan spell at Everton last year, he has not been able resuscitate his career at the Theatre of Dreams.
Now, however, it appears the Netherlands international has received the opportunity to relaunch his career away from Manchester, with Romano revealing that Eintracht are already in the latter stages of completing the deal.
"Understand Donny van de Beek is already in Frankfurt, completing medical tests as new Eintracht player right now," he stated on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Tuesday morning.
It is understood that there is a buy option in the agreement, but it is not mandatory.
It is further claimed that for Die Adler to sign him on a permanent basis, it would cost them a fee of €11 million (R223 million), plus €4 million (R81 million) in add-ons.

The Dutch midfielder has made 62 appearances for United across all competitions since joining, managing just two goals and two assists in the process.
