Braithwaite joined Barca from Leganes earlier this year in one of LaLiga's most controversial transfers in recent times, with the Catalan giants taking advantage of the league's rule on injury replacements to complete the deal outside of the transfer window.
The Denmark international, who is contracted to the club until June 2024, has scored just once in 11 appearances for the Catalan giants, however, and now looks set to leave in the coming weeks after being linked with a move to the Premier League.
According to Mundo Deportivo, both Everton and West Ham United have entered talks with Barca over a deal for Braithwaite, who previously played in England during a brief spell with Championship side Middlesbrough.
