Euro giants 'preparing' €200m offer for Barca's 16yo star

Barcelona's 16-year-old winger Lamine Yamal is reportedly being wanted by one another European team, who are prepared to offer €200millon.

Paris Saint-Germain have been keeping tabs on 16-year-old winger Lamine Yamal who is impressing during his debut season.

According to Marca, PSG now preparing the big offer to prize Lamal away from LaLiga as they look to replace the out-going Kylian Mbappe.

The teenager has been a regular feature in Xavi Hernandez's this season, having made 27 appearances in LaLiga while contributing with four goals and three assists.

The report does add that Barcelona are aware of PSG's interest in the rising star, who scored the winning goal against Real Mallorca on Friday evening.

Meanwhile, Foot Mercato have reported that no offer has been made and PSG are more focused on developing Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembele.

Yamal has a contract with Barcelona until 2026, which is the maximum length allowed by Spanish law for a player under the age of 18.

Reports claim Yamal already has an agreement in place when he turns 18 to sign an extension that will keep him at the club till 2030.

Foot Mercato added that Barcelona remain calm about the situation, with the player keen on staying with the Catalan giants for the long-term.
