FC Barcelona appear to be in trouble once again, this time for alleged fraud in a transfer involving Chelsea that has been reported to FIFA.
Barca could face sanctions for their signing of Marcos Alonso from Chelsea after the transfer was reported to FIFA for fraud by Spanish fourth-tier club Union Adarve.

The defender joined the Catalan giants in September 2022 on a free transfer after spending six years at Stamford Bridge.
The move coincided with that of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who went in the opposite direction, joining the Blues for a €12 million (R233 million) fee.
According to AS, however, Adarve, whom Alonso represented in his youth, insist that they should be awarded £91 000 (R1.9 million) as part of the deal, in line with FIFA's solidarity system, which rewards teams who played a significant role in a footballer's development.
It is said the Spanish minnows have evidence of Barca and Chelsea previously negotiating for the left-back, and that the transfer was, in fact, part of a swap deal with Aubameyang and not a standalone move.
Barca are said to be unbothered by the claims, with the player having signed a contract extension in Catalonia last month to extend his initial one-year deal to June 2024.
If the LaLiga log leaders are found to have breached any regulations by FIFA, though, they could face sanctions.
