Bayern Munich look set to secure their first signing of the January transfer window after reportedly agreeing terms with a Tottenham Hotspur star.
Defender Eric Dier is seemingly on his way out of Tottenham Hotspur after failing to get regular minutes this season.
According to the Times, the Bundesliga champions have reached an agreement in principle the England defender for a transfer this month.

The 29-year-old has only made four appearances for the North London outfit this campaign but is now seemingly set for a sensational move to the biggest team in Germany.
Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel had been looking to bolster his defence since before the season began but they failed with moves for Chelsea's Trevoh Chalobah and Fulham star Joao Paulinha on deadline day.
Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou revealed Dier missed the FA Cup on Friday night due to injury.
"He's injured and pulled up sore in training and couldn't take part," he said, as per Goal.
"Not connected (to the speculation) and don't question my integrity. He was injured. You'll have to ask him about that."
When asked if the defender could leave in the January transfer window, he added, "Yes."
