Wolfsburg 0-4 Bayern Munich

Champions Bayern Munich capped off yet another record-breaking campaign with a 4-0 win over at Vfl Wolfsburg.

First-half goals from Kingsley Coman and Mickael Cuisance were followed by a penalty from Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller late in the match, while Woflsburg's Josuha Guilavogui was sent off.

Borussia Dortmund 0-4 TSG Hoffenheim

Second-place Borussia Dortmund's campaign didn't end off on the same note after falling to a heavy 4-0 hammering at the hands of TSG Hoffenheim.

Croatian international Andre Kramaric netted all four goals for the away side, with two coming in the first followed by the other two in the second stanza.

FC Augsburg 1-2 RB Leipzig

Werder Bremen secured a relegation/play-off spot following an emphatic 6-1 victory over FC Koln at the Volkswagen Arena.

A brace from Yuya Osako got assistance with efforts from Milot Rashica, Niclas Fullkrug, Davy Klaassen and Josh Sargent with Dominick Drexler giving the visitors a consolation.
