Namibia and Tunisia could not be separated after playing to a goalless draw at Orlando Stadium on Sunday evening.
Namibia came into the clash on the back of a 1-1 draw against Liberia, while Tunisia defeated Equatorial Guinea by a single goal on Friday.
Both sides would settle for a point a piece in the end, which was not a bad result for either nation.
The point sees the Tunisians remain top of Group H, two points ahead of second-place Namibia.
Mauritania 0-1 Senegal
Senegal bounced back from the draw against Congo DR after defeating Mauritania by a solitary goal.
After dropping points on Thursday evening, Senegal opened the scoring in the 23rd minute courtesy of a strike from Habibou Diallo.
As a result, the Lions of Teranga jump to the top of the group but they have played a game more than second-place Sudan.
Congo DR 1-0 Togo
The Democratic Republic of Congo returned to winning ways in Group B with a 1-0 triumph over Togo.
The Leopards took the lead as early as the sixth minute thanks to a goal from Meschak Elia.
The win takes Congo up to third spot, one point group leaders Senegal.
Sao Tome 0-1 Liberia
Liberia got their second win in Group H after defeating Sao Tome 1-0 on Sunday afternoon.
Sheikh Sesay got the game's only goal for the visitors on the stroke of full-time, sending the side up to third spot.
Djibouti 1-1 Ethiopia
Djibouti and Ethiopa settled for a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw at the Stade Ben Ahmed El Abdi.
After three straight losses, Djibouti got off to a good start when Gabriel Dadzie opened the scoring in the 29th minute.
The lead did not last too long after Ethiopia pulled themselves back level two minutes later via Minyilu Wondimu.
