The former Orlando Pirates left-back says he turned down the opportunity to renew his contract with Celtic, which expires tomorrow.
"I am grateful to be part of Siwelele, a club with great history and passionate supporters," says Mxoyana.
"As a human being sometimes you need to move and seek new challenges in order to grow as a person.
"I am ready to listen for any offers as long as I am going to enjoy my football and play."
The 28-year-old, who represented South Africa at U-23 level, spent a year with Phunya Sele Sele following a stint at Stellenbosch FC.
