Not only is he still stressing defenders while running on a pair of legs that will take him to his 41st birthday in November, national team coach Chiquinho Conde is also finding it hard to ignore him.
Conde has turned to Pelembe again ahead of the AFCON qualifiers against Mali and Guinea-Bissau on September 6 and 10, respectively.
This means the veteran winger will move his national team presence towards 20 years with his caps having since surpassed the 100 mark.
Pelembe played all three group stage games at the AFCON finals earlier this year.

He left a lasting impression in South Africa for what he did at SuperSport United, Mamelodi Sundowns, Bidvest Wits, Polokwane City and Royal AM.
At SuperSport, he won the championship and emerged as the top player in the league.
