Yohane will be buried in Harare this weekend.
A touching memorial was held in Kempton Park on Sunday with all speaking on the gentle nature of the late who was killed last weekend during a hijacking in Soweto.
Yohane had been a part-time driver for e-hailing service Bolt when he met his death.
A suspect is already in police custody.
Amongst the speakers at the memorial which was overseen by Robson Chisango (ex-Hellenic) were former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Alexander 'Cool Ruler' Maseko along with his former teammates Joseph Ngake, Ashley Makhanya and Elasto Kapowezha.
Roger de Sa and Peter Ndlovu – who are on duty in Egypt – sent their condolences.
Amongst the football personalities in attendance was Benjani Mwaruwari along with Innocent Chikoya, Esrom Nyandoro, Denis Tshabalala, Paradise Moeketsi, Ian Gorowa and Eddie Dinha.
Born in Harare on September 26, 1973 – Yohane first arrived in South Africa in January 1995 to join African Wanderers along with Innocent Chikoya.
At the end of that year, he moved back home to CAPS United where he won the league before returning to Durban to link up with AmaZulu where he played before moving to Wits University.
Yohane earned legendary status at Wits where he played and then coached in the development ranks in between a spell at FC AK in the first division.
He played for the Warriors at the 2004 and 2006 AFCON finals and had been a development coach at the time of his tragic death.
