Stars recently went on a recruitment drive to source young talent in the province.
“We held very successful trials in and outside our province Free State,” Sithole told his club's website. “We have also attended a number of tournaments during the pre-season break and the club has identified a few good talents.”
He continued: “To be honest, I am a bit disappointed with the turn out in our recent trials held in our province but we have managed to get five players from Bethlehem and two from QwaQwa.
“Based on the material we have this season I am adamant that we will do well in both the ABC Motsepe and the MDC leagues.
“Our squad consists of 17 to 22-year-old’s and of which I am sure that in the near future the national junior levels team will benefit a lot from our these talented footballers.”
Sithole's charges will start their preparations for the season on Monday.
