The club's disciplinary committee is still waiting for 'The Gloved One' to make himself available for the hearing having been accused of stealing R2-million from the club.
Chokoe has been served with charges of fraud.
Madzuhe says instead of appearing at the hearings, Chokoe has been serving them sick notes.
"No no no, we don't have anything out for now, he is still suspended," Madzuhe tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"He is bringing these medical notes for us. He was running out of tricks... because if I gave you a date and before that date you send me a medical note, it means what?
"If you are expected to be on the DC tomorrow and today you decide to send us a medical note telling us you are not available..."
Madzuhe also confirms that the former Baroka coach is still part of the team and is getting his monthly salary.
"You know when you are suspended you are still part of the team. Obviously [he was suspended] with pay."
Asked if he thought Chokoe was delaying things on purpose so that he can continue receiving his salaries for the whole season, Madzuhe agrees.
"That's how they do these people when they know that they are in these things, they come with tricky things," he says.
"It has never been coming from us, it's coming from him. He will send a note before the date of the DC, that's what he was trying to do you know. Maybe he's been advised by his lawyers."
