Chenene has been linked with a move to Arrows after being handed his clearance by Matsatsantsa in July.
However, Letsoaka says: "I don't know anything about that and Chenene is not training with us.
"I will be honest with you, I'm not looking at him and Chenene is winger and there are a lot of wingers in the team here."
He adds: "I cannot just bring somebody who is a luxury, who will come sign for a very big salary... on top of that when I have players I can develop to be in those positions.
"So Chenene is not training and I'm not looking at Chenene."
