The PSL has announced the winners of the first monthly Betway Premiership awards for the season, with a new Orlando Pirates signing continuing with a trend of collecting individual accolades.
The PSL announced on Thursday morning that TS Galaxy's Puso Dithejane had been awarded Player of the Month for August, while Sekhukhune United head coach Eric Tinker scooped the Coach of the Month award.

Meanwhile, Pirates' flying wingback Sebelebele has bagged the Goal of the Month honour.
Babina Noko are top of the log with four wins and a draw from five matches, with Tinkler being recognised for leading the side with aplomb so far.
Dithejane has been the big surprise package of the campaign with three goals and two assists in the last three matches.
He was also named in the Bafana Bafana preliminary squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Nigeria.
Although he did not make the cut for the final squad, it is a sign of things to come for the versatile midfielder.

Lastly, Sebelele, a former teammate of Dithejane's, has also had a bright start to life at his club.
Although his standout performances have mostly been in the MTN8, the speedy winger scored a screamer of a goal in a league clash against Stellenbosch FC to earn Goal of the Month.
