Nyauza was shown a straight red card during the DStv Premiership clash for an alleged stamp on striker Ashley du Preez.
Despite salvaging a share of the spoils, Ncikazi remained dissatisfied with the referee's harsh decision.
"I am not sure whether the red card was given for the first incident of an elbow to the face or if it was given for the stamp," Ncikazi said post-match.
"In my view, if it was for the second incident, I don't think it was deliberate. Maybe if he says it's for the first incident, I will understand.
"But if it was for the second, he [Nyauza] was trying to plant his foot down.
"But I am saying that as the coach of Orlando Pirates. Maybe the referee has different eyes."
The Buccaneers will look to bounce back when they travel to Polokwane to face new boys Marumo Gallants in Limpopo on Tuesday.
