Zvasiya has joined the big-spending Harare club on a two-year deal after Chiefs released him last year.
Prior to that the injury-hit Zimbabwean had been struggling for a first team place at Amakhosi and was loaned out to CIT Creet of Greece, but his seven-month loan was also terminated after only four months.
Harare City coach Taurayi Mangwiro thinks Zvasiya will be of great value to his team that survived relegation on the final day of last season.
“Zvasiya is a tough and experienced defender who fits well with my type of play. I think he will add value to our team,” says Mangwiro.
Previously Zvasiya featured for Aces Youth Academy and Monomotapa in Harare before his departure for Chiefs in 2011.
