Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday returned to work as they began preparations for the 2019/20 season, which gets underway in less than six weeks.
Chiefs' squad have enjoyed a lengthy off-season break following their bitterly disappointing 2018/19 campaign in which they ended outside of the top eight and suffered defeat in the Nedbank Cup final.
But, having had a little over a month to reset their bodies and minds, the players returned to the Kaizer Chiefs Village in high spirits this week.

New signings James Kotei and Lazarous Kambole were spotted getting acquainted with their new teammates.
A couple of reserve team and youth academy graduates such as Itumeleng Shopane and Sizwe Twala, who picked up the Multichoice Golden Boot award last season, were also spotted amongst the first team.
Meanwhile, Colombian striker Leonardo Castro, who is believed to be on his way out of the club, did not feature in the images released by the club.
