Former Black Leopards coach Dylan Kerr looks set to get a job in the Botswana Premier League

Former Black Leopards coach Dylan Kerr looks set to be appointed head coach of a side in the Botswana Premier League.

Kerr quit his job as Leopards coach at the end of last season and is now said to be joining Botswana Premier League champions Township Rollers, who have sacked Rodolfo Zapata.

According to a source in Botswana, Zapata lost control of the dressing room and was not on good terms with players such as Joel Mogorosi and Edwin Moalosi.

"Though he won the league, it was not enough to save his job. He lost in the Mascom Top 8 semifinals and the last straw was on Saturday when he was beaten 3-0 in the final of the Orange FA Cup played at Francistown Sports Complex," the informant said.

Kerr, who has previously worked in Kenya with Gor Mahia, managed to save Lidoda Duvha from relegation and will be looking to succeed at Rollers.
