Polokwane were drawn against Stellenbosch FC and will host the Cape Winelands side at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on 4 November.
"I think we stuck to our gameplan knowing that SuperSport have one of the most prolific strikers, and we tried to nullify them," Seema said post-match.
"They managed to score, and we conceded one goal. We've been trying to work on ourselves defensively and would have been delighted with a clean sheet.
"We're happy to face any team as there are no easy teams in the draw.
"The good thing is that we are playing at home.
"That is what we're happy with.
"Any team would have been difficult, and Stellenbosch is a very difficult opponent to face, but we're delighted that we are the home side."
