Brockie was dropped for the first leg against Maritzburg after putting in a transfer request, with African champions Mamelodi Sundowns showing strong interest in his services last month.
However, Tinkler maintains there are no issues with the New Zealand international, who has netted three times this season.
"All is good, definitely [Brockie is available for selection]," said Tinkler.
"He is committed to the club and there has never been an issue."
Matsatsantsa will take on Maritzburg at Harry Gwala Stadium having drawn the first meeting 1-1 in Tshwane.
