Ambitious ABC Motsepe League side Gomora United have added two big signings to their squad.
The club has finalised the signing of former Mamelodi Sundowns full-back Siyabonga Zulu and Black Leopards striker Roggert Nyundu.
Nyundu, 32, had his contract at Leopards terminated just a month after he had rejoined the club back in November.
Club boss Joe Seanego says his aim is to get the team promoted to the GladAfrica Championship this season after doing everything in his power to make sure his dream of having a professional club is achieved.
The Alexandra-based outfit is coached by Orlando Pirates legend and former coach of Maritzburg United, Black Leopards and Chippa United, Ian Palmer.
"It's hectic at Gomora. This year if I don't win the league... then izinto zabantu [someone has cast a bad spell on us]," an excited Seanego tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"I have signed the boy Nyundu. He is the one who called me and made it clear that he wants to get the team promoted. We also have this boy Zulu, the former Sundowns defender Siyabonga.
"If the team don't win now then I don't know. If we don't win this league then I don't know, it's better I return to Belgium. I have to get promoted."
Seanego also revealed that their efforts to sign former Pirates defender Rooi Mahamutsa were unsuccessful.
"But I have Siyabonga now, so it's complete."
