Bizana Pondo Chiefs part ways with head coach Tshepo Motsoeneng

Chiefs are playing their first season in the first division and are still rooted at the bottom of the table with 12 points after 14 games.

On Sunday they suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of former Premiership club Free State Stars at Goble Park, having won only three games so far.

"Yes, it is [true]," Motsoeneng confirms to snl24.com/kickoff regarding his exit from the club.

The 41-year-old former SuperSport United, Chippa United and Santos goalkeeper was appointed head coach by the Eastern Cape side in July last year following his impressive work at Tornado FC.

Details of why he left are not yet known.
