After losing a bet, Thabang Monare was forced to shake up his appearances with a distinct change of hairstyle.
The Orlando Pirates midfielder went from his natural, and perhaps more familiar, black hair to a new, surprisingly stylish blonde colour.

A now somewhat unfamiliar Monare did not reveal what the bet was, but still took to social media to reveal reveal that he had lost it.
Consequently, he has a new hairstyle that is as bright as his his drip and his on field displays this season. Monare is now a blonde!
As it turns out, losing whatever bet he lost may be one of the best things to have happened to the Pirates man. He is rocking his new hairstyle!

His followers on Instagram were quick to commend him for going through with the bet and complimented him on his new look.
"Looking really dope in blond DESH," wrote one commenter.
"Boi you were cooking here ??," said another.
With his new hairstyle, Monare will be hoping to not only stand out because of his new look. He will be looking for a dazzling performance that sets him apart when Pirates take on Jwaneng Galaxy in a CAF Champions League clash on Sunday.
