Stuart worked as a studio anchor and pitch side reporter on SuperSport, covering the DSTV Premiership and other footballing events in the country as well as the continent at large. She also anchored the broadcaster's coverage of the Premier League as well as European competitions.

She announced last month that she would be leaving the sport network, to the dismay of many of her fans who had become accustomed to her television presence.

"Privileged to have been a part of the World of Champions and to have covered amazing matches and tournaments at Africa's premier sports network," she wrote in a social media post.

She also showed immense gratitude to the football fans who showed her love along her journey.

"This doesn't really feel like goodbye... so I'll say: 'see you later'," she added.

Now, however, South African enthusiasts of England's top flight will get the opportunity to see her on their screens once again, as she announced that she has joined Premier League Productions in London.

The journalist turned sports caster will be jumping straight in to action, hosting the preview show Team Talks as fans anticipate the return of the Premier League after the international break.
