Speaking after Orlando Pirates' 2-0 win over Cape Town City, head coach Jose Riveiro weighed in on Zakhele Lepasa's great form so far this season.

Lepasa made it three league goals in four games with a wonder striker against City on Tuesday night, taking his tally to seven goals already this season.

Riveiro mentioned that Lepasa is in a great space currently and credits his attackers for their hunger to create as many chances as possible.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "'He's in a moment a striker needs' Riveiro hails free-scoring Lepasa" story:

"The lads are practicing with passion and commitment in a congenial atmosphere. Hard and smart work ethic, keep it up !!! We are filling the stadium now. Chisa mpama. Once and Always," says Isenkge.

"Lepasa works hard, runs and presses well, has a good shot unlike Dzvukamanja that people were crying about. Sometimes, Lepasa is selfish. On a few occasions, he could have laid ball to Hotto last night, but he chose to balloon it over the goal," says Zam d king buccaneer.

"Another Good Performance from Pirates, well done. Keep Sundowns close," says Mokaubere.

"I think Zakhele 'The Assassinator' Lepasa will score more than 20 goals this season if he remains injury free. He is on song and wants to score every game," says jkola.

Masandawana legend Lovers Mohlala has warned against underestimating Kaizer Chiefs ahead of this weekend's MTN8 semi-final first leg.

Mohlala says that Sundowns may be unstoppable in the league but doesn't want to count Amakhosi out in a cup competition like the MTN8, as they're capable of surprising Downs.

Rulani Mokwena's men are favourites going into Saturday's match at the FNB Stadium, having already outlasted the Soweto giants, 2-1 in the league earlier this month.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "WATCH | Sundowns legend issues warning over Chiefs clash" story:

"I watched the Chiefs match [on Saturday], and Amazulu were not close to scoring, it was a poor show from them, they made Chiefs look shiny, just hear the noise!!

"We are Sundowns Sundowns is us, we will force Chiefs to commit errors," says Zebra to hell.

"Most supporters forget, or they choose to live in fantasy land. Soccer is played at 11 vs 11. Any team can beat any team, no team is invincible.

"I'll wait till the matches are played before I make any ill-conceived summations," says sizweking.

"In the Premiership, there is only Downs, Pirates and SuperSport. Then the second division of the DStv Prem is led by Kaizer Chiefs followed by Cape Town City, then there is the Patrice Motsepe Foundation league," says StheLucipher.

"Ey wena Mohlala, which Kaizer Chiefs will challenge Sundowns in the MTN 8? Maybe he is referring to a Diski Challenge MTN8 because I dont see how Chiefs can beat Downs," adds Sthe.

"Kaizer Chiefs has what it takes to be the best team in Africa, but unfortunately our management sees things differently. We as supporters can buy any player that the coach feels like he could add value, we can bring any coach in the world that the club feel he can add value, this is the only team here in SA that has millions in its support base.

"Let us open the savings account, specifically for the recruitment of the players please," says Sk wa Le khosi.

"NB your Tom Jerry are suspended, meaning they will not officiate this time around," says khosilannete0.

"I will not be scared of those Village boys; they can't even trap the ball. When they see the yellow colour they make silly mistakes," says ngwanamoshate.70.

"If Sundowns win against Chiefs, you will hear excuses from Chiefs supporters saying Sundowns played at 17:00 [on Wednesday] while Chiefs played at 19:00," says thulamda.
