Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi was all smiles after seeing his boys advance to the semi-finals of the Nedbank Cup on Saturday evening.
Late goals from Pule Mmodi and Mfundo Vilakazi helped the Amakhosi claim an ill-tempered 3-1 victory over Stellenbosch FC.
Chiefs had gone ahead at the break through a spot-kick by Inacio Miguel, and as Stellies levelled through Andre de Jong, the Soweto giants produced a late show for the win.

"It's true that everyone is very happy, all the supporters across South Africa. But we need to think like a big club this was a step and we need to concentrate for the next games and to go all the way," Nabi told SuperSport TV.
As De Jong levelled five minutes before full-time, extra-time seemed a possibility though the Tunisian-born says they were well prepared for it hence made late substitutions.
"It was disappointing but we knew that we were playing a very strong and tough team and we believed even after conceding the goal that we could come back and we were well prepared for extra-time.
"That's why at the end we even brought in Shabalala, Vilakazi players like that because planning for extra-time, planning to give us that extra strike," Nabi said.
The Soweto giants return to action midweek in the Betway Premiership and engage Cape Town City.
