Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has made known the targets for this season as they get their 2025/26 campaign underway this weekend.
Following the disappointment of finishing outside the Top Eight last season, Nabi has to make it work in the Betway Premiership, which will provide the measure of judgement to his time at the club.

Besides the league and all domestic cups, Amakhosi will also play in the CAF Confederation Cup this season and will go into the draw for the first preliminary round on Saturday.
"Our main target and priority is to put back Kaizer Chiefs where it belongs," promises Nabi.
"Through that, I have noticed that people don’t like to hear about the name of process.
"Even though last season was our first year, we managed to win one of the two major trophies that are played.
"This season, we will take it game by game and try to be as consistent as we can and we will see what position we finish in," says Nabi, adding that they are prepared for their opener against Stellenbosch FC at the sold-out Athlone Stadium on Sunday (17:30).
"The players are excited to start the game.

"The game will not be easy considering the level of Stellenbosch, particularly in Cape Town.
"But I think my team is ready to give everything like that to get a good result from Cape Town," says Nabi.
