Orlando Pirates secured a third successive win in the DStv Diski Challenge after edging Stellenbosch 1-0 on Sunday afternoon at Idas Valley Sports Ground.
The first stanza did not produce goals but Mpumelelo Ndaba finally broke the deadlock for Pirates five minutes inside the second stanza and that proved to be the winner.

Mamelodi Sundowns picked up their second win after beating Cape Town City 2-1 on Saturday morning.
Sundowns moved up to fifth on the log with seven points, just two points behind leaders Marumo Gallants while the Citizens dropped down to 13th with three points.
Swallows 2-2 Golden Arrows
Swallows remained winless after they were held by Golden Arrows in a four-goal thriller on Sunday morning at Dobsonville Stadium.
The Birds took an early lead but Samkelo Mzolo levelled matters for Arrows on the half-hour mark and the hosts thought they had found the winner in the last 15 minutes but Mzolo equalised again for Abafana Bes'thende and got his brace eight minutes before time.
