Mamelodi Sundowns winger Keletso Makgalwa has opened up on their upcoming challenge against former coach Pitso Mosimane and Al Ahly.
Sundowns are set to face reigning champions Al Ahly in their CAF Champions League quarter-final first leg in Cairo this weekend in what is arguably the most anticipated clash of the round.
The Brazilians – winners of the continental competition in 2016 with Mosimane – will be tested both on and off the field, with many of the current crop of players having shared close ties with the 56-year-old tactician who will now be on the opposite bench.
Makgalwa, who is known to have had an extraordinary relationship with 'Jingles', has opened up the reunion but could not hide his emotions as he admitted he is at a loss for words to express what their reunion could be like.
"We're not feeling any pressure [facing Al Ahly], we just have to play our own game and score goals as we normally do," commented Makgalwa ahead of the tie.
"We were expecting anyone [in the draw], so we are ready for anyone."

Asked what he feels like, given his personal relationship with Mosimane, he responded: "Honestly, it feels good to see a former coach, especially with the relationship we had with him... I just don't know what to say."
What about running and jumping on his former mentor should he manage to get himself on the scoresheet in either of the two legs?
"No comment on that... [laughs]"
The first leg is scheduled for this Saturday at 21h00 at Al-Salam Stadium in Cairo, before the Red Devils travel to Tshwane for the second leg to be played at Lucas Moripe Stadium next Saturday at 15h00.
