Green Eagles coach Aggrey Chiyangi confident for Orlando Pirates second leg

Green Eagles coach Aggrey Chiyangi has warned Orlando Pirates against resorting to all-attacking football in their CAF Champions League return match in Johannesburg next week.

Eagles beat Pirates 1-0 in the first leg at the Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka on Saturday, with the Zambian side set to travel to Orlando Stadium for the return match on August 23.

Even though his team still has a mountain to climb when they visit Pirates, Chiyangi remained satisfied with the home result.

"I am satisfied because we have the goal even though I would have wanted to beat Pirates 5-0," said Chiyangi.

"But this is football. They also planned. If we can managed to get a goal, it's fine. I am sure all they want to do [in the second leg] is to come all-out attack. But if they make a mistake, we will make sure we get a goal.

"For now it's 50-50 and the other good thing is that if we draw, especially a scoring draw, we are through."

Pirates are back in the country after their trip to Zambia to prepare for their next league match against SuperSport United at Mbombela Stadium on Wednesday.
